After creating an email account in cPanel, you can configure it in Outlook, Apple Mail, or your phone. Use IMAP for incoming on port 993 with SSL, and SMTP for outgoing on port 465 with SSL. The username is your full email address and the password is the one set in cPanel.
The server hostname is mail.yourdomain.com or the shared hostname provided in your welcome email.
