Hostings.PK Refund Terms and Conditions
This Services Agreement governs your use of web hosting, domain registration, e-commerce, dedicated servers, and other services provided by Hostings.PK. By placing an order or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our terms, conditions, and policies. Failure to comply with these terms may result in account suspension or termination at our sole discretion.
Hosting Refund Policy
All new shared web hosting orders include a 15 day refund and money back guarantee. If you become unsatisfied at any point within the first 15 days of usage, we will offer a full refund of the amount paid for hosting. Refund requests must clearly state the reason and must be received within the 15 day window by email or support ticket.
Domain Refund Policy
Hostings.PK uses third party domain registrars to register domains, so once a domain is registered the registration cost is not refundable. However, you retain ownership of the domain and remain eligible to transfer it to another registrar.
Non Refundable Products
Refunds are not offered on VPS or dedicated server orders, on one time development work, or on any service where work has been delivered.
Important Notes
Accounts terminated due to violation of our terms and conditions are not eligible for any refund.
